ⓘ What do the party and ideology labels mean?
On the ballot, partisan candidates run under a party — in Wisconsin almost always Democratic or Republican, with the occasional third-party or independent candidate. Words like progressive, conservative, libertarian, or democratic socialist are labels people use to describe themselves, not separate parties on the ballot. A label is a starting point; each candidate's sourced positions show where they actually stand.

I oppose the 765 High Voltage Transmission Line. As your Representative to the 43rd Assembly District I will fight against this line and fight for affordable energy where it is needed in Wisconsin. Governor Evers’ appointed Public Service Commission has shut down a coal plant and a nuclear plant in Wisconsin. Instead they are approving intermittent sources of energy like solar panels on thousands of acres of Wisconsin’s prime farmland. Please get out and vote for me and vote for Tom Tiffany for Governor so we can bring common sense back to our energy needs in Wisconsin.
