    Berge for Congress

Paid for by BERGE FOR CONGRESS

I’m Emily Berge, Eau Claire City Council President, mental health professional, small business owner, and mom. I'm the only candidate in this race with eight years of elected experience - ready to fight for us on day one in Congress. I'm stepping up because the people of Western and Central Wisconsin deserve better than extremism and inaction. We need to build an economy that works for all of us, not just a wealthy few. We need healthcare for all, as a human right. We need to protect our public schools, strengthen workers’ rights, act on climate change, and pass policies that reduce division, not exploit it. This campaign is powered by everyday people, not corporations or billionaire special interests. I’m relying on everyday Wisconsinites to volunteer, donate, and join us to promote leadership that is rooted in service, not self-interest. Vote for Emily Berge for Wisconsin’s 3rd Congressional District by August 11, 2026. Learn more at www.BergeForCongress.com

    Berge for Congress

Paid for by BERGE FOR CONGRESS

In 2020, in her state assembly race in a deep red district, Emily Berge outperformed Joe Biden by 7%. Now she’s running to flip one of the closest seats in Congress. Last year's Supreme Court election proved it: Wisconsin won't be bought by billionaires or special interests. While everyday people struggle to make ends meet, Washington insiders and billionaire CEOs want to crown politicians that answer to them, not us. But we won't let them. I'm running for Congress to fight for the interests of the working people of Wisconsin. I answer to the people, always have, and always will. I'm a counselor, a small business owner, and a mom—and above all, I believe in serving my community. From fixing homes in Appalachia as a teenager, to volunteering for AmeriCorps after college, to starting my own practice as a mental health counselor, helping others has been my lifelong calling. And it's what led me to run for Eau Claire City Council in 2018. After Donald Trump’s election in 2016, I felt like I couldn’t keep sitting on the sidelines. I realized I had to use my inside-out knowledge of my community to get involved. In 2018, I ran against an incumbent City Council member, knocking on doors every weekend. I won. I became Eau Claire City Council President, winning a city-wide race. I’ve had the great honor of serving Eau Claire for almost eight years now, and have led our community during real crises: a global pandemic, the shuttering of area hospitals, and attacks on inclusive community values. Governing experience means I don’t have the luxury of theory; I have to deliver real results for real people. That's how I know firsthand that our government needs to put the interests of people first—not profits. At a time when so many are struggling just to get by, we can't let the power-hungry and the ultra-wealthy run roughshod over our country. We need to build an economy that works for all of us, not just a wealthy few. We need healthcare for all, as a human right. We need to protect our public schools, strengthen workers’ rights, act on climate change, and pass policies that reduce division, not exploit it. I’m a listener, a doer, and a leader grounded in empathy and conviction. And I will always answer to Wisconsinites, because I'm not taking a dime from corporate PACs or lobbyists. This is a completely grassroots campaign, powered by people like you and me. I’m ready to win this seat back for Democrats and be a champion for working class families just like the ones I serve every day—but I need your help now to do it. Will you make a monthly donation to my campaign right now—whatever you can afford—to help me flip this seat blue and take back the House for Democrats? I know the value of a dollar, so I am incredibly grateful for any amount you can afford to chip in. Thank you, Emily Berge
